Information collected

The site may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as an email address when you contact the site. Authentication for protected content may also use your Google account information through the configured authentication provider. Interview Arena's Resume Based feature stores resume-derived structured details when a visitor submits the profile through the feature, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate usage and improve performance and content. Analytics events may record interactions such as outbound resource clicks without collecting the contents of private messages.

Resume uploads and storage

PDF and DOCX resumes are parsed in the browser for Resume Based interview questions; the original file is not uploaded for parsing. When a visitor submits a profile for saving, the site sends structured resume-derived details to the owner-configured storage service for later interview-preparation analysis. Extracted resume text is saved only if the visitor separately chooses that option. The feature and this policy provide notice of this collection and use; visitors should review this policy before submitting a profile. The owner currently documents Google Sheets + Google Apps Script as the no-paid-database storage option; that service has its own terms and quotas.

Resume data retention and deletion

Resume-derived structured details are retained in the owner-managed storage system for as long as reasonably needed for interview-preparation analysis and site improvement, subject to applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of submitted resume-derived information by contacting the site owner using the published contact details. Requests may require enough information to identify the relevant submission.

External services

Pages may link to or embed third-party services such as YouTube, Google, GitHub, LinkedIn, or other resources. Those services have their own privacy policies and may process information according to their practices.
